I am an animator and filmmaker from Maryland, now based in London. My work finds its most natural home in hybrid forms: digital and handmade, narrative and documentary. I received an MA in Directing Animation at the National Film and Television School (NFTS) in the UK.
My work has been screened at film festivals around the world, including Tribeca Film Festival, Uppsala Short Film Festival and Rhode Island Flickers' International Film Festival.
I also hold a B.Sc. in Comparative Regional Studies of Latin America and Asia at Georgetown University. Prior to my career in filmmaking, I worked in international development research and teaching. As a storyteller, I seek to work at the intersection of my professional paths - playfully visualizing oral histories, intergenerational narratives and youth perspectives.
